Specially Hindu women wear anklets, but one of the primary reasons why this happens is that the body naturally sends a lot of electrical currents through your body. But these electrical currents need to be stabilized, and the silver anklet is one of the most effective ways of keeping positive energy while letting go of the negative energies.
